Workflow Scanning SMB Failure

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I am working with a client of mine that has a WorkCentre 7830.  His office has 5 computers in it all running Window 10 Pro 64bit.

Up until recently the Workflow Scanning worked on all the computers. Each user/computer had their own template and name in the system and they clicked it and everything would scan to the folder on that computer no problem.

Recently two of the computer now fail.  It gives a Login Failre. Check user password and/or setups.  I have re-entered the password, deleted the template and created a new one with all the correct information, heck I have even created a brand new user and it still fails.  Turned off firewall, turned it on, added custom rules for port 445.  Nothing seems to work, please help.
