From the scan screen select File

and change the dropdown for the File type to Custom

Workflow Scanning issue following Firmware upgrade. 1 File Per Page

Hi, We have 2 models of MFP in the copmany and both have recently had a firmware upgrade. Following the upgrade, when performing Workflow Scanning, the user no longer has the option to go into "Filing Options" > "File Format" and select 1 File Per Page. Currently the devices is set up to print multi page but before the upgrade the users would be able to choose 1 file per page is they wanted. This option no longer exists on either device model. WC5855 Firmware: 073.190.075.34540 WC7585/55 Firmware 073.040.075.34540 Any help would be great.
