Jobs status > Completed Jobs
Select the failed job and report back with the Status like you see here:
If that is actually showing as blank too, there is nothing to troubleshoot, just update the firmware (assuming they both end with 035410) to the actual latest.

As of today those firmwares end with .15410, that could change in the future because those are live links to the latest firmwares.
I can state that the general release 035410 firmware does in fact have an issue with Server 2012 where scans fail (not always) with no status line, or with an "Invalid path" message.
No settings will be lost using the firmware upgrades.

I have 2 Xerox Printers, a Workcentre 6655i and a 5955i, and they are both at the latest firmware (073.xxx...), for some reason when I scan using Worflow Scanning, the job would either go through with a "Completed" message or sometimes it would have a pop-up message with "Deleted." with no extra details on why the scan failed.
Has anyone else been experiencing this issue?
