Hello, I have a Workcentre 7855 that I use to scan documents to a Shared Buffalo Terastation on my network. Yesterday we had to factory reset the printer. The xerox technician updated the software to version 073.040.019.14200. Ive created the Workflow scanning file repository with the "Authenticated user and Domain" option. Then I created different templates with the predifined repository for the users, so that they can scan to their specific folders. The problem is that when i try to scan with the "Authenticated user and Domain" option it asks for a username and password. I can put any letter or number on the username or on the password and it will accept those credentials. The scanned document succesfully goes to the specific user shared folder. When I select the the " Logged in User" option on the repository it doesn't ask for credentials but after the it scans the document, it shows its "Overwriting" and the document doesn't reach the shared folder. Is there a way to Use workflow scannning without asking for users credentials?
