We have a few xerox models that are having issues with workflow scanning. Some of them are the XWC 5675 and XWC 5745. When a users tries to scan the document it goes into their folder as a 0kb PDF file. Checking the jobs tab I see that the jobs keeps saying transfering, the LCK folder is created and removed in the users folder and the file is crearted as a 0kb file. Any ideas?
