you can use LDAP to authenticate on the device. You can configure it on the authentication section under Properties.
You can not associate this data with accounting. Local accounting requires internal user db. You can attempt to export a list of users from AD and then import on the device, using .csv file. But would still be local.
What you are requesting Authentication via AD/LDAP and integration on accounting system for copies and scans jobs is provided by 3rd party partners such as Equitrac.

As for authentication, we have users that get authenticated using Active Directory. Is there a way to incorporate Active Directory authentication in Xerox 7530 so that users can get authenticated using Active Directory logins? and the log file will associate their scans to their Active Directory ID.

We would like to setup Workflow scanning on Xerox 7530. I have a few questions regarding the Workflow scanning option.
1. We would like to setup Workflow Scanning option as "Scan to Folder" over the network. Are there any step by step instructions on how to configure Workflow Scanning as "Scan to Folder" using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)?
2. We would have multiple users using the "Scan to Folder" option. Is there a way we can log or keep track of which user scanned which document?
