I have a new Workstation 3325 with software installed on my PC. When I scan a document using the Scan Assistant, the document is scanned. When I press the save button (with destination being a folder on my Windows 7 PC), it highlights that it is saving and then just hangs there. I have to cancell the save and nothing is saved!. Have re-installed the drivers again, but no luck. Any help would be apprfeciated.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the case for how to scan to the network computer from the control panel. If you are using SMB scanning please take a look at this known issue with SMB scanning and Windows 7. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
