Thanks for the reply Joe.

 

There is nothing at all unique about these two users which is what made it an odd scenaro.   Wireshark was tp be my next step after reaching out here.

It would have to be something in their email address itself (special character they share that the other 98 don't)

Beyond that you would need to do a Wireshark trace to see what leaves the machine and what happens in comparison to the other 98 users.

 

There is no simple fix unless the machine is using network logins so that those 2 users's credentials would come into play. Because with that exception, every email uses the same from address, authentication data, email body, subject line and attachment name.

XC560 Scan to email does not work for two users in my organization....

XC560 - Scan to Email

 

I have two users out of 100 who will not receive scan to email jobs from the Copier/Fiery unit.   98 people have no issue at all.

Performing a message trace in Exchange does not list those scan to emails as ever making it to the server.  I have used existing and created new SMTP aliases for these two users and verified they work.  I can use sendmail script to create an SMTP message and those same two users get the SMTP mail.  All the 100 users are on the same windows domain.  Spam and trash folders are fine, and nothing is being blocked via Kaspersky Antivirus, etc.

 

However they will not received those scans from the Xerox/Fiery.
