XEROX 7425- change default scan presets

Even the scan to pc scans directly to a folder on user's pc and you have some settings that you can change while scanning. Scan Preset is one of the settings that you can change.

ahh, i never use those scantopc stuff :-)

i always setyp networkscanning, then you scan directly to an smb/ftp folder without the need of pc software

so, cant help ypu with this :(

Fabio, its the not file format but its a kind of compression. Basically, if i goto "Scan to PC" option on Xerox machine, i get an option called "Scan Presets" where i have selections like Simple scanning, Archival Record, etc... and this "Scan Presets" default setting is what i want to change. By default its set to Simple scanning and i want to change it to "Archival record"

We have XEROX 7425 machine in our setup and i wanted to know how can i change the default scan presets from "simple scanning" to Archival records" on my machine? I looked everywhere in default scan settings, ICS etc.. but couldn't find anything.
