You still haven't shown the setup on the printer or listed what your "latest" firmware is, I can assure you that the one ending in 034540 on Xerox.com is not the latest, and that it has issues in some cases with server 2012.

I already did that, I even give everyone (Jeder) permisson

I even created New folder with new permisson and new template on scanner but still nothing.

it says, scanning, processing, overwriting... and than job deleted

Unless they are all going to the same PC, same folder with the same user/pass, the first 2 are not relevant.

I add "everyone" permisson to folder but no luck :(

That is bad practice if going to Win 8 and above, add the specific user the machine is using and be sure to format it exactly as it appears in the brackets when you do. Not the way you tped it into the add box.

maybe you can copy the working template , and change the name / folder afterwards?

if that still doesnt work, i think there is an issue on sharing/ntfs level

I double checked rights and permissions, and everything seems to be ok. I even delete and create template again, but error remain
