Please take a look at this article for a list of supported product with XMedius software.
I installed the XMediusFax weblet on my C8055. The XMedius backed is all configured. When I walk up to the printer and select the app, enter the fax number I want to send to and then the document is scanned, but I get an error. I have uninstalled the weblet and used a different Xmedius account with the same error. Getting the same error on another printer as well. Any thoughts as to why?
