Your firmware needs to be updated first.

Hi,
We are having trouble with scans generating .XST files on our WorkCentre 7845, despit the option beeing disabled in every area suggested in these forums.
the firmware looks to current (073.040.075.34540)
I've included some screen grabs - does anybody have any idea's why these files are still generated please?
In this case General Auto and the other templates are used to scan files from the scanner to a network share.
