Can't be done in an automated fashion.
You would lay a bunch of pictures on the glass and scan them all as one big picture, then edit the output file.
You would honestly be better off with a flatbed scanner. I use an HP AIO at home, but it appears they dropped the ability in newer models.
Something like this might work, try the free 10 photo trial, you could attempt to set the 5845 as a TWAIN scanner, but I highly recommend a USB connected flatbed

I am to scan a large amount of picutures (1000+), to upload them on google drive. I wanted to know if it was possible to scan several images at once (to save time), and what the settings were for that. I am using a usb driver to store the files.
