Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the Copy in Another Color option is not set to Magenta or Red. If this is not the issue then yes, you would need to have a tech come look at the machine.

I have an odd problem with my Xerox 240 copier. It was recently serviced, and everything prints from files just fine. But I've noticed that when I make copies from the glass, the prints come out red. REALLY red. Things that are supposed to be orange or pink come out a deep red. I've color calibrated the machine, but get the same result. Is there a setting I can access or do I need to place yet another service call?
