Having a weird issue that is isolated to one location out of about a hundred that I support:
I'd say that every 1 in 7-8 scans made on the Xerox machine creates a corrupt PDF document. I've tried the usual maintenance steps and cycled a few PDF readers (with the idea that they would somehow influence the PDF creation process) and nothing has worked. The location in question are blowing it out of proportion in terms of negative impact, but it would be really handy if anyone has a rough idea of how I could fix this.

Windows 7
Adobe Acrobat Reader
Foxit Reader
All documents fed through the top paper feed on the scanner rather than the flatbed section.
