Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please consider upgrading your firmware if it is not already at the version listed on the drivers and download tab for your machine.  If upgrading does not clear up the problem please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox 3225 Scan to PC problem.

Hello.

 

We have problem with scan to PC function.

From time to time it crash. Printer says that computer is not reachable. But on computer the printer is pinging, printing, and scaning through xerox software (except print to pc)

 

I disable firewall but the only way to fix it is turning off print to pc function on PC and turn it on again. But it works randomly, it means that it stops working after one day or later. And we have to turn turn off and on this function again.

 

What may cause this problem?
