Is it possible to scan to pc with one click, bypassing all the options (single-pdf-multi pdf, dpi etc) ?

It does not, it can only copy a single sided original, but can output to 2-sided, so when you go to the Duplex option you will have

• 1-1                      Single sided input - Single Sided Output
• 1-2                      Single sided input - Double Sided Output
• 1-2 rotated          Single sided input - Double Sided Output (rotated side 2)

Xerox WC3225 has automatic document feeder and it requires manually reverse the document for scanning and copying.

Does xerox workcenter 3225 support auto duplex scanning and duplex copying?

As far as i understood by reading the settings, it supports duplex printing for sure.
