Re: Xerox 3325 Scan to PC loses scan ID's

Exactly the same problem. Windows 7 x64 users fall off the list of network scanning. What could be the problem?

Xerox 3325 Scan to PC loses scan ID's

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a Xerox 3325 that I would like to use to scan to network PC's.  We have 7 users that would like to scan from the WorkCentre to their personal network computers.  All users have the Easy Printer Manager on their computers, and under Scan to PC Settings they have "Enable Scan from Device Panel" selected.  However, all of the names are not showing up on the WorkCentre under Scan > Network PC.

At one point, we had all users in the list of Login ID's under "Network PC".  However, that list has randomly changed so that only some users show up in the list (and right now there is only 1 user showing up).  All users still have the Easy Printer Manager running in their system trays and "Enable Scan from Device Panel" is selected.  Why can't I scan from the printer to my PC even though I can initiate the scan from my PC?
