I am having the same issues of trying to scan to PDF with my printer, Xerox WC3335.
I am running Windows 7 X64 and PDF is not an option for the file type.
I have installed all of the latest driver updates and firmware update and still no option for PDF.
Please advise as to fix this!

We have a Xerox 3335 that is connected directly to a computer via USB and we want to be able to scan documents to PDF format, but that option isn't available. I was reading that a firmware update might resolve the issue, can I update the printer Firmware without it being connected to the network and will updating the Firmware enable to capability of scanning to pdf document types?
