I am having the same issues of trying to scan to PDF with my printer, Xerox WC3335.

I am running Windows 7 X64 and PDF is not an option for the file type.

I have installed all of the latest driver updates and firmware update and still no option for PDF.

Please advise as to fix this!

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for updating the software/firmware on the machine.  If upgrading the firmware does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi,

We have a Xerox 3335 that is connected directly to a computer via USB and we want to be able to scan documents to PDF format, but that option isn't available.  I was reading that a firmware update might resolve the issue, can I update the printer Firmware without it being connected to the network and will updating the Firmware enable to capability of scanning to pdf document types?
