Re: Xerox 3550 fails to scan to server using NTLMv2 authentication

Icittadini,

My only recommendation at this point would be to call into the Support Centre for assistance.

We will need to look over the settings with you to determine what is causing the issue.

Thank you,

Tim

It's correct...

System Software Version25.003.24.000

Active Directory 2008 R2 show 0xc000006d or 0xc000006a ( User or password incorrect ) but the files are saved in the share...

Re: Xerox 3550 fails to scan to server using NTLMv2 authentication

Hello Icittandini,

As long as you are at firmware version 25.002.03.003 or higher and using port 445, NTLMv2 authentication is supported and should work.  The latest general release posted on Xerox.com contains this fix, you can obtain the latest general release here.  Directions on how to upgrade the firmware on your device are located here

If it is not working for you, please contact the Support Centre for assistance.

Hope this helps.

Thank you,

Tim

Re: Xerox 3550 fails to scan to server using NTLMv2 authentication

Hey you!

I'm pretty sure this printer does not have support for NTLMv2 at all.

Best Regards

Kimzi
