I have a new 3615 Workcenter - and it is scanning at about 5 pages per minute. I upgraded the memory - the chip goes right in but I cant get the workcenter to recognize the 4 gigs. I tried clearing the memory but that is not working, I have tried inserting and ejecting the memory upgrade but no luck - we really need to get this going because this scanning is far to slow for our office to use. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
