Re: Xerox 3635 - SMTP issues using Exchange 2013

Impossible to answer without knowing a single thing beyond your server version.

That said, Exchange 2013 tends to require Authentication, and the email address tends to have to be valid.

It also tends to require SHA-2 support, which this device doesn't do according to the limitations listed at left.

The port is normally 587 (TLS/STATTLS) or 25, 2525 is not a default, it is only really used to bypass a firewall rule.

Best bet is to verify settings via Telnet by sending an email from the command line, if you can't do it using nothing but the IP and port of the server, neither can the printer.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello Xerox Team,

We've upgraded our Exchange server from 2010 to 2013.

And we are now having issues while we are trying to get FAX forward to Email.

We didnt change anything on our printer side. (Picture attached).

Is there anything that we need to change on our Printer \ Exchange seetings?

Thank you
