I recently took over for someone at my job who left without little to no documentation. We had to unfortunately reset a bunch of printers because I did not receive passwords and defaults did not work.
We have a Xerox 4260 which used to be setup to scan to a network folder. I have tried to reset it up using SMB settings. But I get an error saying "File exists or the failure is unspecified". I have ensured that the login name has access to the share and folder (I can create and delete folders, files). I have triple checked the server's IP where the share is stored.
I could not find any information regarding this error message.
Any information would be greatly appecriated.
