Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for selecting the paper output for copies and make sure you have the correct tray chosen.  If this does not fix the problem please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox 4260 copying pick up tray

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

When we run copy on our 4260 it will only pick up from the bypass tray so we have to leave that tray with paper in it. If we close the bypass tray, the copier will not pick up from the regular default tray. I have checked settings and found no where you can set the pick up tray when copying. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?
