sandy6j,

Please this this Xerox support document: http://www.support.xerox.com/support/4510/support/en_US.html?objGUID=1102

Make sure any other tray you have loaded on the machine are set correctly.

Xerox 4510 Printer drawing paper from wrong tray.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have letterhead loaded in the thirs tray of my printer. When I need to print on letterhead, I have to change my saved settings *under preferences* to select letterhead.

The past couple of days, the printer has been printing everything from the letterhead tray. I even tried selecting the default, but it still prints from the third tray.

I had one of our Info. Management guys check into this for me and he suggested turning the printer off and unplugging, waiting about a minute, and trying to print again. It's still printing on paper from the third tray.

Is there any way to determine what's going on here and get this working back to normal again?

Thanks,
Sandy James
