Can you give us a little more information on the Setup of the Repository? If you have FTP selected you will need to enable the FTP client on the Xerox device Web UI under Connectivity. Give us some more info:

I'm having some issues with a Xerox 5230: I'm almost done setting up Network Scanning, but when I try to scan a document and I select a job template (even the default one) all I get is a "Job Template has errors. Please contact the administrator" (or something very similar: my message is in italian). There is no reference to the specific issue. I double checked all the template options and I see no problems.
