hi, you cant, you need third party software todo that like autostore or ecopy

 

on other xerox models like 78xx and other connectkey we can customize the filenaming, but not on controllers like 53xx :(

Xerox 5325. how to cusomize network scan filename ?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Dear all ,

 

The device is a Xerox Work Centre 5325.

 

We scan to file server via SMB protocol . ( network scan )

How can I customize the name of the scanned file to be the date of the scan job?

Each file would be named something like: yyyymmdd_HHMM

Is it possible?
