Thanks Horvalb,
That is a good feature from our competition. It is always good to know!
About PH3635, I'm not absolutely sure, but I think yes. I will check that next Monday.

Hello,
Thanks, job assembly is really a usefull function for many things, but I have seen a very simple solution on a concurrent (R...H) device for this issue: If you scan 1 page from the glass it's not sent automatically , unless you push the # mark on the keypad, if you "forget" to push anything the mail is sent to you within 30 seconds with the scanned file.
By the way is the job assembly available on the Phaser 3635 MFP/X device, too?

Hi,
You have to use the Job Build function, only this way the device will know when you want to to end the scan job if you use the glass.

Hello,
Have you found a solution?
I have the same problem, but with PDF files.
(I don't thik Xerox 's answer is correct).

Hi Michael-com,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please check the settings for the template you are using by going to the scan tab in CentreWare Internet Services and make sure you have TIFF as your format and File Option should be set as "Multi-Page". This should produce the file you want. If this does not resolve your problem please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hello
We have a Xerox 5745 and in the workflow Scanning the scans are stored in a folder for further use. When scanning with the feeder the scanner is automaticly combining every scanned page to one document before sending it to the destination. When scaning on the document glass every single scan is producing a file. When the us er is scanner e.G. a book of 50 pages the scanner is sending 50 Multipage-TIFF to the destination. What we want is only one Multipage-TIFF.
The only way I found is manually selecting build job in the Job Assembly ribbon. What I need is a possibility to have this by default.
Can someone help?
Thanks
Michael
