Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the system admin guide page 230 to make sure you are cloning corretly.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox 5855 Clone File

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am cloning a 5855 with multiple templates and Single-Touch buttons. I have created a clone file with all of the boxes checked. When I install the clone file on the new machine it copies everything but the Single-Touch buttons.
