Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Message : "Start can not be accepted now..."


So no scanning or copying is possible, only printing.

After reboot, everything works fine for a limited time.

We had several firmware upgrades, but no luck.

Latest firmware version :

Checked everything on the machine to find a possible cause, no open doors, no printjobs asking for special paper, no errors ...

We have 8  5855 machines and all of them have the same issues. After a period of bugs and bugs in all the previous firmwares, we hoped to finally get rid of these issues.

Every 3 weeks we have to make calls to Xerox Belgium to report new issues with a firmware.
