Either the document handler isnt sitting on the machine squarely by the 2 rear thumbscrews that hold it to the machine or you need a service call. They will have to adjust the document handler registration electronically. Does the same document copy off center when you place it on the glass? If it does then problem is in the paper tray.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the paper guides are right up against the originals in the automatic document feeder.  Please clean the document and Constant Velocity Transfer glass using the instructions in the solution.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

When using the top feeder to make copies: the resulting copies come out off center on the paper.  Thank you!
