I have a user that tells me that when scanning to email, the addresses themselves do not appear on the scanner. The only way to get them back is a reboot. Has anyone else had this issue or know a way to resolve it?
According to the user there has been no network or power issue at all. This occurs at random times during the day.

If Software Version is below 061.121.222.06508, first try to upgrade to this version or later as there is a known problem with address on older firmware.
061.121.222.06508 is available on Xerox.com. Search for your Xerox model and you will easily find it.
If Software is at 061.121.222.06508 or later, I suggest to a Altboot as there is maybe corruption in the firmware. Call Support to place a service call.
