Re: Xerox 7545 - How you do program shortcut buttons

Thanks, and I am aware of the templates that you can set up for scanning with the presets.  I was wondering if on the very first screen, where it displays available services (i.e. Copy, Scan), if one could put a button there as a shortcut?  As is, I have to select Scanning, then drill to template.

Xerox 7545 - How you do program shortcut buttons

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Is there a way to put soft buttons on the display screen for certain use settings?  For example, I would like to have a button that says Rich-PDF that when I press it, it is all set to scan my document to a PDF and send it to a folder.  I know how to scan and get alll this to work, but it is several steps.  I'm hoping you can program the several steps into some sort of job button on the first screen.

Thanks.
