Xerox 7845 printer - paper feeder always jamming

Hi Whitney,

Try to put a sheet of cardboard in the feeder and rotate that wheel so that if there is anything left on the route it can be pushed. If this does not solve the problem, it may be a broken sensor and you will need a tech to repair it.

Hello,

Someone accidentally tried to copy a package that was stapled together in the feeder on the top of our Xerox printer. Instead of using the rolling device inside for jams, they pulled the paper out by hand. Now it jams each time someone tries to copy documents through the feeder even though it isn't actually jammed and there isn't anything in the machine. Please help.
