We have a ColorQube 9201 - The Workflow scanning is no longer working for some reason.
It tries to move the scan to the server (as a .lck file is created)
Our main server has recently need upgraded to Windows Server 2012 and I believe a new firmware update may be needed to resolve this. The System Software Version I have is: 060.080.009.30824 - I'm unsure if this is the latest version?
Can anyone help?

In the search field I entered "scan to smb" and many solutions were displayed.
