Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi everybody

I met a question that I scan a paper,it display error,follow as

Job failed.  No messages were sent,  Could not login to the sending mail server (SMTP).  Check your user name and password provided or contact your System Administrator

and I do what follow as line,https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Copying-Faxing-Scanning/C8055-scan-to-email-test-successful-but-c...but it does not work.

I need to scan any paper no login.

Do you know how to do it?
