I am trying to use the scanning function on the Xerox B235. One day it was fine, the next day it is giving me an error message about a paper jam in the scanner. "There was a paper jam. Clear the paper from the scanner and try again". I cannot clear the error message. There is no jam. I am copying on the flat bed and with the feeder and I am printing from my computer. If there were a jam, it doesn't seem like any of these features would work. Does anyone have any suggestions?? Thank you
