I am going to recommend that you contact our support group at 1-800-821-2797 for assistance.  With that many multi function devices it might be easier to share the information one on one.

Xerox Device Manager XDM

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

we have more than 350 MFDs in VA hospital. how can i do backup for all MFDs  by XDM .

BTW, we have XDM V5
