Xerox Docomate 252

When I try scanning, nothing happens. I have a windows 10 computer and it says the drivers were successfully installed and that they are the latest version.

You need to provide something to work with here, we are not all knowing.


Xerox Scanners states on the first support page for the printer that drivers can't be updated, only removed and then installed to a new version, I would start there and set it up again from the beginning.
