I have a Xerox Documate 3125. It is set-up for a group of users. What I need is to set up the scanner with minimal steps for the users. I need it to scan documents into a folder and then prompt the user to name the file. I don't need to have them right click or click on the generated name.The reason being we are trying to minimize the possibility of error on the users part and there is a good chance they will forget to properly name the file. Destination folder is set, I just need to force them into naming the file before its saved. Is this possible?
