I use a Xerox Documate 3220 duplex scanner at my office. It was working fine until last week. But then it started showing problems as it stops working after 5 or 6 documents are scanned. I tried to contact the shop from which I bought the device. But they said, they can’t help as the device is out of warranty. This is the only scanner at work, so at present all our document scanning works are outsourced to Ash Conversions Internationals in Weston. But we cannot continue it for long. Can someone here help me solve this issue or tell me whom should be contacted to check and solve the issue.
