Ok here is another update our IT has just returned the PC that FFMR was installed on but instead Win7 is platform which is where the system orginally worked fine. So what recommendations do you have for us?

Have not been able to fix issue. We have uninstalled everything out tech team is here now and they have tried opening firewall grant access etc etc.
What suggestions do you have before I ramp this up?
I'm a bit lost as to how the installation of software on a PC can cause a scanner to not work.
If the software runs, they ran it right.
Now if the software runs poorly, I would look into complete removal (Including registry settings), failing that you would look into Firewall, Av and antimalware programs.
But calling Xerox for support on Makeready would be your best bet
This scanner has stopped moving scans into Make Ready only error is a DSMR.exe application has stopped working. Latest version of Make Ready has been installed 4 times. Platform is Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit.
Visoneer was notified 4 weeks ago and they Xerox is not installing software properly.
Can someone HELP we cannot operate without this scanner
