Xerox Faxcentre F116l "wrong toner card"

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I'm trying to change the toner cartridge in my faxcenter f116l and I when I insert the toner card, I receive the message "wrong toner card, remove card". When I try to print, the message displays, "Toner cartridge Empty"

 

Please help!
