Xerox Freeflow Scanner 665

Heya!

This is not possible, the scanner cannot determine whats text and whats not.

Which means everything is scanned in as one image.

We have a Xerox Freeflow Scanner 665, when I scan hard copy documents, it always scanned to PDF with each page as an image. So it is not text-searchable, even the original hard copy is a word document. Is there a way or setting, that I can set up the output as text-searchable PDf?
