I have a Server 2008 R2 (IP: 192.168.0.100) with Xerox Network Scan Software installed.
There is a Xerox 3210 attached to the network (IP: 192.168.0.20) that is used for printing, faxing and scanning to a shared folder on the server. Printing works fine, faxing is made manually and it works fine as well.
Every time someone needs to scan it gets an error "Not available". I have to log in the server and click REFRESH on the Xerox Network Scan Software (or manually restart it). The software may work for several minutes and then fails again.
I tried to uninstall and re-install but with no results.
Any idea how to fix this?
