It sounds like potentially your Imaging Unit needs to be replaced on your Phaser 6110MFP. The North American part number for a replacement Imaging Unit can be found here:

thanks, but there was nothing in the support area that provided me any assistance. I looked before I posted and went back again. I am unable to use any of the other support options as my workplace has a support team (NMCI) and they won't support this older printer. A gift of knowledge is my only option.

I have a Phaswer 6110MFP and it just started printing a blurred image of the previous page on pages 2 and beyond of a multi-page print job. I need to fix this problem and can't find anything. Suggestions? I have no messages on the machine (however the scanner locks a LOT), and reports shows nothing out of the ordinary. maintenance reports life remains on all parts. I'm open to any suggestions!
