Xerox Phaser 6110MFP is printing image of previous page in background of multiple page print job

I have a Phaswer 6110MFP and it just started printing a blurred image of the previous page on pages 2 and beyond of a multi-page print job.   I need to fix this problem and can't find anything.   Suggestions?   I have no messages on the machine (however the scanner locks a LOT), and reports shows nothing out of the ordinary.  maintenance reports life remains on all parts.   I'm open to any suggestions!

thanks, but there was nothing in the support area that provided me any assistance.  I looked before I posted and went back again.   I am unable to use any of the other support options as my workplace has a support team (NMCI) and they won't support this older printer.   A gift of knowledge is my only option.

Re: Xerox Phaser 6110MFP is printing image of previous page in background of multiple page print job

Hi cherlybaez,

It sounds like potentially your Imaging Unit needs to be replaced on your Phaser 6110MFP.  The North American part number for a replacement Imaging Unit can be found here:

http://www.office.xerox.com/product-resources/108R00744/enus.html

Hope this helps.

Thank you,

Tim
