Have you tried searching the Phaser 6115 knowledge base? Click on the link below and enter "service call" in the search field. The second case returned sounds like the error you are getting and the only solution is to power off, wait 10 seconds, and then power on. If you have done that and the error still displays, you may have to place a service call.

According to a copy of the service manual fault codes:
102H Faulty Scanner Exposure Lamp
Incorrect printer exposure.
Applicable Status Code
Faulty Scanner Exposure Lamp
Remove power from the system and reboot.
Print a test page
If error does not clear service is required
