Xerox Phaser 6180 weird copy issues

The following is one of those solutions but there are more.  Thin Image Cut Off or Deletion at Edges When Copying or Printing

The copy always gets cut out on the bottom while taking the xerox  (100% magnification). Have default settings of margins and all settings as it was before. The contents moves downwards on the output page. I m forced to use 90% zoom settings to get the full page copy.

Anybody can help please???
