Just an update for anyone with the same issue.
I met with tier two Xerox support specialist, and after a few hours with them remoted in and going through things with me, they concluded this is a bug and escilated to Xerox internal bug team.
I don't have a PrimeLink B91xx at my fingertips but if I need to source one to find out I can. Give the Administrator Guide a look over - especially around page 140.
Just by taking a look at the screenshots, it looks like you have to Fax Forward to a Folder (on the machine) and then use a Job flow to process the job and forward it to your destination.
We have a Xerox PrimeLink B9100 that I need to configure to forward any fax it would recieve instead to a network share. I have accessed the embedded web server and setup a folder under the fax recieved options, I have provided this folder with SMB options to connect to the desired location. I'm trying to find documentation for the correct format for these options: *attached*.
I'm unable to find out if the error lies in my folder configuration, or a configuration somewhere else on the workflow.
I looked for this information in the user guide but with no success.
